With an aim to organize the disposal and recycling of lead acid batteries, Metal Greens was incepted few years back in 2009. Today the company extends a broad spectrum of activities right from collection of dead lead acid batteries, transporting to the company owned metal recycling plant, dismantling of equipment, sorting of lead and plastic, remarketing of reusable elements under strict environmental regulations and disposal of hazardous materials as per the prescribed rules.

To facilitate collection across India, Metal Greens has tied up with several logistic companies across the country to enable both operational and financial efficiency in collection. The company has also gone a step forward in spreading the benefits of recycling of lead acid batteries to end customers. Since, almost everybody today has a car, pulling the end customer in the loop adds more to the management of dead batteries.
